Photography – Life and 2Fourk

In case you are a photographer and love to keep in touch with your clients, then maybe you could do something different this Christmas and aim to set them up on social media before Christmas. Why not have a Christmas photo competition and give one lucky photographer a whole day with the prize money being a discounted Photoshoot at The Old Market Hall, London on Christmas Day. How easy could that be? Just think if you win a prize you could make Christmas dinner for the two of you, plus it will help boost your social media marketing campaign, which always helps. I know one couple who do all their Christmas shopping online so why not give them a Christmas gift voucher and a free Photoshoot for their Christmas gift idea.

A business like Photography is always looking for new clients and the old saying goes that the customer is always right, it only takes one bad customer to ruin a perfectly good reputation. But customers are becoming more demanding and a Christmas gift voucher for a professional photography session really can’t go too far for them. It will show them you care about them and their interests and are open to them as people do with other businesses. It also says to the world that you are taking them seriously as a client and a person and therefore will treat them well. Additional info found at beastgrip_x_kenko.

So what’s the deal, you are having a photoshoot on Christmas Day. Why not invite your client to have a go at doing a photoshoot with you and offer them a voucher for doing so. If you can get a few clients agreeing to this, you will be able to shoot over some of your most important clients during the day. And who knows, maybe the next time you are shooting a Christmas photo shoot, you might get so popular you can turn it into an annual event.

Photoshooting has become part of the work we do as photographers and now many of us take our photoshoots seriously. We know that if we do not give our clients the best service they have ever had, they will move onto someone else who is more qualified. We make every effort to give the client the very best experience and to give them the best results in terms of looking great, holding their attention and delivering a service that will blow them away. And believe me when I tell you, when you do these photoshoots and impress your clients, they will keep coming back.

The point is this. Photographers do not charge their clients per photograph, but rather based upon the amount of work involved and the final results. So, when we say “Charges per photoshoot” what that means is the photographer charges by the hour for each photoshoot. There is no hidden cost. This is just how it works in this business. Now, some photographers are starting to create their own websites where they can sell the photos directly to the client and bypass the photographers and designers.

This is a very good way to start your own website and bypass the designers and the photographers. You can also upload your photoshoot on your website and advertise it there, or use it on other venues such as: local events, in a magazine ad, around a block for a flyer or business card. This is an easy, inexpensive way to get your name out there while establishing your business. Remember, it does not cost much to photoshoot and the return on your investment is greater with this method.
